A Tour of Sherry's Garden

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a tour of Sherry Hawkin's garden. There is a lot to see.

To the right of our front door.  As the family sign shows, we've been married over 40 years, and living on this property over 30 years.  We have many roots & memories here.

Trees, flowers and a touch of whimsy

Near our front entrance

We decided to bring a touch of the tropics to our front yard by planting a palm tree

On the deck

Wisteria growing on our garden/storage shed

 The beautiful hydrangea.

A very tall Monkey tree.

Hawthorn

A huge sequoia tree in our front yard, it is 46+ years old.

Beautiful tree, but I don't know the name, perhaps someone can tell me

Garden by the garage.

Peter Rabbits house 🐰.  The door opens, and Peter Rabbit leaves little bags of treats for the grandkids when they come

The tour continues tomorrow with veggies, structures and the creek.

  1. Yes - It might be a horse chestnut which is not edible or a sweet chestnut. Gorgeous blossoms and I love those leaves. You can tell the difference from the fruit see:
