Sunshine Gogos: Sunshine Gogos Present an Evening of Film and Food...

THE THINKING GARDEN (35 minutes)

Three generations of women come together to create a place where they can gather to think about affecting change – offering land, community, and food to restore the lives and the futures of people pushed to the edge. Uplifting, beautiful, and thought provoking.
Produced with the assistance of the BC Arts Council.Filmmakers – Christine Welsh, Elizabeth Vibert, and Moira Simpson. Moira will be in attendance.

THE SHARING FARM (14 minutes)
What was started by a group of grandmothers as a project to collect and distribute fruit in Richmond, BC, has grown into an inspiring community garden, becoming a movement that promotes food security and awareness. Many common links to our own community.
Directed and produced by Keith Behrman, Michael Gazetas, and Mary Gazetas.
